Yes, I know I am suppose to be watching what I'm eating and working out at least 30 minutes daily.
Oops, that didn't go according to plan. I have missed 2 days of working out cos I over pushed my body previously. Body must rest a bit. Also doesnt heklp with the fact I think the common cold is deciding I'm their next victim.
To top it off, I've been divulging in chocolate which I usually won't go near. So I thought whilst my body is repairing itself from the torture I previously put it through, I'll reward my stomach and taste buds by buying my all time favourite chips. I love eating these chips in Hong Kong.
Pretty sure I'm gonna pay for this temptation later in my workouts. :/
