People should choose their words wisely, especially when talking about people in front of them.
This really got on my nerves today.

"This is Amy....who I kicked out for the job here".  And to add insult to injury, it was said with a smile and smirk on her face.

I think the better word to use would be "replaced" and wipe that smile off your face BIATCH!!!!
