Fitness workout before Christmas comes around


It won't be long until Christmas comes around....43 more days to go.
That means my "Langkawi/Kota Kinabalu trip in planning" is getting closer and closer.

So, think its time to fully work out for that bikini body.  I did start working on it nearly 2 months ago, but tore a hip muscle (going down stairs for a fire drill at work!!!)....that really delay my full workout.  Hip is still sore and not 100% healed (i'm saying its probably about 70% at this stage) , but hey....time is ticking away and I will just have to work through the pain.

Yes, I know never test an injury before its fully recovered.....but my ever increasing belly fat; thigh fat and tuckshop lady arms is pissing me off to the max.  I do miss the days when my body is totally toned and kinda have muscles.  OK, OK...maybe that was like 10 yrs ago....if I can get back to half of what I used to be I'll be happy.

You know you've totally push yourself to the max in a workout , esp afterwards holding a piece of paper makes you shake your hands uncontrollably.  This is what happened just before.

Gonna start off slowly, 30mins per day workout and eventually build it up.  Lemme work on my upper body strength first (incase I EVER need to punch someone, at least it'll hurt)
